Architecture = Not for first wives. Scene from that terrible movie when neither Diane Keaton, Bette Midler, nor Goldie Hawn can figure out how to read a set of blue prints. Maybe that’s why your husbands left you?!
Architecture = When forgetting to turn on your drafting light is a criminal offence. Scene from Murder She Wrote.
Architecture = Seems Badass When Charles Bronson Plays The Architect in Death Wish. ”After an architect’s wife is murdered and daughter is raped, he seeks vigilante justice against not only the culprits but other wrongdoers as well.” Thanks, Netflix!
The time I left the office in the past three nights.
Architecture = Sleepless Everywhere Not Just in Seattle. Just watched Sleepless in Seattle where Tom Hanks plays an architect who apparently has time to go on dates and spend quality time with his son.
Architecture = When you relate to Designing Women. The show.
Architecture = When cover art makes a great movie even better. The first time I watched Shallow Grave I was 16 and it was on Showcase at 11 pm, Friday night. This was back when Showcase played movies uncut and all the way through with no commercials. This was also when Showcase repeated the 11 pm movie again at 2am, the same night. I loved Shallow Grave so much, I ended up watching both screenings.
Architecture = Being the only person who wants to wear these saw blade earrings to a work meeting. Get them here.
Architecture = What we name-drop to sound profound. Scene from Numb3rs. The show is a goldmine for this blog.
Architecture = A full-scale version of this ring by Andrew Hamilton Crawford. Get it here.
